Robert Jerome Kane

Robert Jerome Kane, age 92 of Warren, died Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Ascension Macomb Hospital in Warren. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 26, 1927 to his parents, the late John and Margaret (nee: Tantlinger) Kane.

Robert honorably served our country during World War II in the United States Army. He then worked for the Lipton Tea Company for over 30 years until retirement. Robert was a resident of Lake, Michigan for over 20 years until recently moving to Warren. He loved traveling with his wife of 72 years, Mary, and enjoyed spending time with his loving family. 

Robert was the beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Timothy (the late Carroll), Maureen Fowler, Terrence, and Margaret (Michael) Rivera. Cherished grandfather of Tara (Scott), the late Amy, the late Michael, Gregory, Colin, and Ainsley (Casper). Adored great-grandfather of Tanner, Samuel, Caitlin, Jordan, Kane, and Cassidy. He was preceded in death by his siblings William, Ruth, Agnes, Elizabeth, and June. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Robert will be held Saturday, June 20th from 5-9 pm, with a 7 pm Prayer Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Rd), Warren, MI, 48093.
