
Robert W. Majkowski of Clinton Township died Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at his home. Mr. Majkowski was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in the Metro Detroit area. He graduated from Warren Woods High School in Warren. He was married Debra (Eichbauer) Majkowski for 26 beautiful years. Robert was an avid Red Wings Fan who didnt like to miss a game. He was very active with his church, St. Paul of Tarsus where he was a member for 19+ years and he represented the church by being the Coordinator at St. Leos Soup Kitchen in Detroit. His passion for serving the Lord continued through his Eucharistic Ministry at Clinton Aire Nursing Home. Mr. Majkowski worked at Meijer at Hall & Hayes for 10+ years as the maintenance man. He was always willing to fix anything that was broken. Some members of the family called him Mr. Handy Man. He also had a love for rock n roll that the family said will never be forgotten. The time that he had here with us was spent with his family and friends and doing the things he loved to do. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife Debra, his children, Kristina and Jessica Majkowski; sisters, Cynthia (Richard) Miramonti, Michelle (George) Prybyla; brother, Thomas (Linda) Majkowski. He was also survived by his Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and many friends including one of his best friends Al Valenti and his dog Max that stayed by his side. He was predeceased by his parents William and Sophie Majkowski. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am, Wednesday, July 5th at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church, 41300 Romeo Plank Road, Clinton Township, with Rev. Gary Morelli officiating. Memorial visitation is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Tuesday, with a 6:30 pm Rosary service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road (at Common), Warren. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
