Bob grew up in Bloomfield Township and was a graduate of Brother Rice High School in Birmingham. Following his education, he honorably served his country in the Air National Guard for three years. He later built a career as a self-employed house painter, known for his hard work, reliability, and pride in his craft.
In his leisure time, Bob found great joy in clockmaking and woodworking end tables and handcrafted figurines like monkeys and apes. These hobbies became a meaningful expression of his creativity and generosity, as he often gifted his handcrafted clocks to family members, leaving them with lasting reminders of his care and thoughtfulness. Bob will be remembered for his dedication, craftsmanship, and the quiet ways he showed love to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bob was the loving brother of Larry (Barbara) Wells and Dan (Marilyn) Wells. Cherished uncle of Julie Wells, Brian (Rebecca) Wells, Mark Wells, and Michael (Melanie) Wells. Dear great-uncle of Carter (Hannah) Wells, Lauren Wells, Peighton Wells, and Aiden Wells.
Visitation for Bob will be held on Thursday, January 15th from 10:00am until the time of his Funeral Service at 11:30am at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road, Warren, MI.
