Ruth Ann Anderson

She was born in Harvey, Illinois. Her family moved to Terre Haute then Rosedale, Indiana in the early years of her life. Following her graduation from Rosedale High School in 1949, Ruth Ann entered nurses training September 1949 at Methodist Heights School of Nursing; graduating as a Registered Nurse three years later.

When Ruth Ann & Frank married in 1953, they moved to Detroit then to Warren, Michigan. It was there, they made their home and started their family.

Ruth Ann was very active with her church. A longtime member of the choir and the United Methodist Woman’s group. She was an active member for 56 years of Daughters of the American Revolution (Ezra Parker Chapter, Royal Oak, MI).

She is preceded in death by her husband Frank of 58 years, son Douglas, parents, John W. Seville, Jr and Marjorie Kathryn Wimmer Seville and two brothers, John F. Seville (Jack) and Richard D. Seville (Dick).

Ruth Ann is survived by sons Keith (Judy) in Ludington and Jeff (Shari) in Warren, four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Jean Seville along with many nieces, nephews and their families.

Visitation, Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 4pm-8pm. at A H Peters Funeral Home located at 32000 Schoenherr Rd. Warren, MI 48088

Funeral Service, Friday, October 24, 2025 at First United Methodist Church located at 5005 Chicago Rd. Warren, MI 48092. An instate 10am until the service at 11am, followed by a luncheon in the program center.
