Stanley Gladys, age 79, of Center Line, died Monday, June 6, 2011 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. He was born December 26, 1931 in Poland the son of the late Pawel and the late Maria (nee: Misiak) Gladys. Stanley is survived by his step children, Teresa (Larry) Oblin, Susan Wrobel, and Ted Kubacki; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Zygmuntz Gladys and Kazimiere (Ted) Brodzinski; sister in law, Stella Gladys. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Jadwiga; and brother, Marianz Gladys. Visitation for Mr. Gladys will be held Wednesday 3-9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). He will lie in state 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
