Theresa Margaret Pavlik, age 86 of Warren, died Monday, March 2, 2015 at Father Murray Nursing Center in Center Line. She was born March 3, 1928, daughter of the late Lawrence Langkil and the late Agnes (nee: McCarthy) Langkil.A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, one of her most profound traits was enveloped by her "passionate" nature. Theresa possessed a passion for her family that was unmatched by any other, and it all began in 1952. On a memorable day at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Detroit, Theresa and Charles "Jim" Pavlik became one in holy matrimony and their journey began in making a house a home, raising four beautiful children, and growing in love with each passing day. They would go on to share over 36 years together until Jims' passing in 1988. With sad hearts, we say good-bye to Theresa,…but we know it's with pure joy that she is, now, reunited with her beloved in Heaven. As the story of her life continues, many who knew her well will be able to attest to Theresa's immense passion when it came to her opinions about the news coverage. With strong will, and determined mind there was never a question about how she felt on just about anything. In a unique and genuine way, it was an endearing quality of this wonderful and giving lady who touched a multitude of lives along life's way.Another of her passions in life was found in her enjoyment for gardening, and she planted many, many flowers that could be enjoyed by many on lookers. Nothing spelled fun more for Theresa than sitting around the table playing games, singing and reading to her grandchildren. She shared plenty of stories with them and enjoyed all the "small talk" conversations with them. Yes, Theresa truly defined the phrase passionate in so many ways,…but none-so-much as that which she held for her family. She loved them all deeply and held them in the highest regard. She cared for her children and helped with her grandchildren over the years, and for that her family will always be grateful. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be a constant reminder of the impact she made and the care she possessed. She will be missed immensely and loved eternally. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles "Jim" Pavlik. Loving mother of Karen (Gregg) Mossberger, Keith (Saul Kanowitz), Craig (Donna), and Scott (Gail) Pavlik. Devoted grandmother of Heather Mossberger, Lauren (John) Marietta, Cassie Pavlik, Megan (Robert) Kunkel, Emily, Alicia, Sarah, and Scott Pavlik.
