Mr. Thomas E. DeSchryver died October 17, 2008, at St. John Hospital in Detroit, at the age of 60. Mr. DeSchryver was born August 24, 1948 in Detroit to Victor and Kathleen DeSchryver (nee: O'Connor). Mr. DeSchryver was a devoted employee at NBC Trucking, in Roseville, for more than twentyfive plus years. While not working he enjoyed watching NFL Football, Western Movies, playing cards, and BBQ cooking. Tom also enjoyed fishing but mostly eating them. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mr. DeSchryver is survived by his wife of 37 years, Julie. Beloved daughter Michelle, siblings Diane Bedard, Dennis (Diane), Mary Jo Wyels, Kathleen DeSchryver, Joseph (Teresa) and Celeste (Tom) Mueller. Also several loving nieces and nephews. In state Tuesday 9:00 am. at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church until time of mass at 9:30 am. Visitation Sunday 5-9 pm. and Monday 2-9 pm. at the funeral home.
