Tomas loved listening to music, especially U2, and enjoyed going to concerts with his sister. As a huge history buff, he would spend his time watching documentaries on World War II. He used his knowledge to win any trivia game he joined. Everyone loved his sarcastic, but charming, sense of humor and recognized his impeccable taste in clothes and shoes. At any moment, Tomas would have a tub of Haagan Dazs ice cream ready in his freezer.
Tomas is the father of Vilte Uptaite and Aistis Urbonas, brother of Dainora Gordon, and uncle of Austeja Uptaite.
