Trudy B. Miller

Born on July 7, 1951, Trudy Belinda (Wilson) Miller passed away surrounded by the love she gave so freely throughout her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose warmth and compassion touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Gerald Miller; her son, Jerry Miller; her daughter, Angel Favazza; her cherished grandchildren, Tim Miller and Trinity Favazza; and her former daughter-in-law, Glenda Miller, who remained a valued part of her extended family.

For over 45 years, Trudy was the proud owner and stylist of Trudy’s Looking Glass Salon, serving the communities of St. Clair Shores, Warren, and Eastpointe. Through her work, she not only helped people look their best but made them feel seen, heard, and cared for.

A devoted Lutheran and faithful follower of Christ, she lived her life as a prayer warrior for others, always putting the needs of those around her before her own. Her generosity extended to animals as well—throughout her lifetime, she rescued and cared for over 100 animals, giving them safety, love, and a second chance.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, creative spirit, and vibrant personality. She loved to laugh and had a natural gift for humor, often bringing joy to those around her through her love of improv and acting. She cherished warm weather and traveling whenever she had the opportunity.

Her legacy is one of unwavering faith, compassion, and love—a life beautifully lived in service to others.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who were blessed to have known her.

Visitation Thursday, April 30th from 10am until time of service at 12pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan 48088. Trudy will be laid to rest at Utica Cemetery privately.
