Bill was the beloved husband of the late Dolores, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and devotion. He was a loving and proud father to Lori (Stan) Peznowski, David (Stacie) Bommarito, Diane (David) Pierfelice, and John (Peggy) Bommarito. He was a devoted grandfather to Sarah, Nicole, Jacob, and Matthew, and was preceded in death by his cherished grandson, Brian. Bill is also survived by his loyal German Shepherd, Brody, who rarely left his side.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army as a paratrooper during the Korean War, a chapter of his life he held with great pride. Following his military service, he dedicated 41 years to Chrysler, where his strong work ethic and commitment defined his career. Never one to stop serving his community, Bill went on to volunteer as a reserve police officer with the Warren Police Department for 20 years.
Known for his steady presence, quiet strength, and deep sense of responsibility, Bill lived a life rooted in service—to his family, his country, and his community. He had a lifelong love for dogs, especially German Shepherds, who were constant companions and a great source of joy throughout his life.
