Walter A. Mosio, 92, of Algonac, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at home. He was born October 3, 1917 in Detroit, a son of Stanley and Anna (Kocon) Mosio. He served in the United States Army as a paratrooper during World War II. He retired in 1979 as a factory worker at Chrysler Corporation. He is survived by his nephew, Gary Mosio; and, cousins, Frank (Olga) Wiecek, Mitchell (Carole) Wiecek, Michael (Denise) Wiecek and Celeste Wolfe. Visitation will take place 3-9 pm Friday at D.S. Temrowski Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover, Warren. A funeral service will be held 9:30 am Saturday at St. Martin de Porres Church, 31555 Hoover, Warren. Instate at 9 am.
