William D. Williams

William (Bill) David Williams, age 74 of Warren, died Thursday, November 18, 2004 at Bortz Health Care Center in Warren. Mr. Williams was born August 19, 1930 in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Audley A. Williams and the late Genevieve (nee: Klingensmith) Gibson. He is survived by his beloved wife Margaret. He is also the dear father of Ariane (Christopher) Thomas, and loving grandfather of Gillian Thomas. Mr. Williams served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years as a Master Sergeant, defending his country during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He later worked with the Executive Security Department for Chrysler Corporation. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday Dec. 5th 4:00 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common Rd. (12 Mile). The family will receive friends and visitors from 3 - 4 pm. Internment at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made in memory of William D. Williams, USAF MSG - Ret., to USAF Air Force Museum Foundation, P.O. Box 33624, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433. A Memorial Serivce dinner will be held after the service at the Best Western Sterling Inn, 34911 Van Dyke Avenue, Sterling Heights, MI, at 5:30 pm in the St. Clair Room.
