Ramsden, Frances B. (Barden), 93,of Libby Lane, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014. She was the wife of the late Paul S. Ramsden, Sr., to whom she was married for 37 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Clyde L. and the late Grace A. (Brayton) Barden.
Mrs. Ramsden was a lifelong resident of Warren, RI. She was a bookkeeper until retiring at the age of 84. She was ahead of her time tending to her organic garden for many years. Mrs. Ramsden had spent over 40 years honing her craft and true passion of needlepointing.
She is survived by her sons, Paul Ramsden, Jr. and his wife Cynthia, and Don Ramsden and his wife Ginger; brother Clyde L. Barden, Jr.; sister, Connie Stanley; grandchildren, Kathleen Lingley, Patricia Drivick, David Ramsden, Amy Pizzolatto and K.C. Ramsden; great grandchildren, Luke, Samantha, Ian, Aiden and Allie; niece, Jane Rice; and nephews, Roy Stanley and Stephen and David Barden.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service in WILBUR-ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main St., Warren on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 2-4 PM.
