Born in Fall River, MA a son of the late Raymond B. and Avis (Manchester) Reed, he was a long time resident of Swansea, MA.
Mr. Reed was a proud US Air Force veteran of Vietnam, during which time he worked as an Aircraft Service Technician.
He is survived by one daughter, Lori A. Castiglioni of Ashaway, RI; three sons, Raymond D. Reed of Swansea, MA, Neal W. Reed and his wife Jessica of Woodbridge, VA and Steven M. Reed of North Providence; three granddaughters, Melissa, Michelle and Lauren; and two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Lilith. He was the brother of the late Thelma Louise Reed and Augustus B. Reed.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 9:30 AM in WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren immediately followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
