Alfred Powell Morgan, 85 of Washington, D.C. died Monday morning, December 9, 2013. He was survived by his wife Carlin Rankin, his children James and Melinda Morgan, his stepchildren Charles Rankin, Thorne Rankin, Sinclair Rankin, and Kirk Rankin IV, his grandchildren Rosalie Morgan, Colin Rankin, Ginger Mandel, Kirk Rankin V, Henry Rankin, Salli Mandel, and Georgia Rankin, his brother Thomas Morgan, as well as many nephews, nieces, in-laws and good friends. His life will be celebrated on Saturday December 21, 2013 at 11:00 at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church at 1830 Connecticut Avenue, NW Washington DC, 20009.
