

Born on September 27, 1930, died Sunday, March 1, 2015. A resident of Chevy Chase Village, MD she was the loving daughter of Beryl Glenn Thompson and Hattie Love Sipes. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Webster. Mrs. Webster graduated from the University of Arkansas and received a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics. Her hobbies were gardening, reading, sewing, cooking, baking and bowling. She was a member of Potomac Hunt, friends of Montgomery County Animals, and was a member of Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church since 1958. Billie was the greatest mother anyone could have. She was kind, patient and loved us very much. She is survived by her children Susan C. Webster, Roberta M. Webster, and John R. Webster; grandchildren, Janeece C. Docal, Breanne Melikan, Mary Ann Fix and Ryan Fix; great-grandchildren Mark Melikan, Andrew Melikan, and Celia Docal; brother, Bob Thompson and sister, Virginia Thompson. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Joseph Gawler's Sons, LLC, 5130 Wisconsin Ave. NW (corner of Harrison Street) Washington, DC. on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2015 at Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church, 3401 Nebraska Avenue NW, Washington, DC.
