Carol Himes Sade of Bethesda, MD died on October 20, 2016. She was the loving daughter of the late Albert Perry and Eleanor Parmelee Himes; and the devoted wife of the late Leo Sade. She was the beloved mother of: Judith R. McDermott (John), the late Jennifer E. Sade (whose husband Wayne Hulehan survives) and Jonathan L. Sade (Diane Hartley). She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to call at Joseph Gawler's Sons LLC., 5130 Wisconsin Avenue NW, (Harrison St.) Washington, DC on Thursday, October 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place at River Road Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 6301 River Road, Bethesda, MD 20817 on Friday, October 28 at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the Church. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation.
