On Saturday, April 21, 2012 of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved wife of the late Lewis N. Ellis; mother of Linda Ellis Picasso (Gino), Elizabeth Louise Christian (Bill), the late Marguerite S. Lyeth and the late Robert "Bob" L. Ellis; grandmother of John, Lauren and Michael Picasso, Mark Christian and Ann Christian Zamudio; two great-grandchildren Courtney and Mark Christian, Jr.; daughter of the late Marguerite Skirvin Tyson and niece of Pearl Mesta (First Minister to Luxembourg in 1948 under President Harry S. Truman). Harriet was a 50 year member of the Junior League and a active member of Fourth Presbyterian Church. Services will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 11 a.m. at Fourth Presbyterian Church, 5500 River Rd., Bethesda, MD. Interment will be held at Saint Mary's Church Cemetery in Portsmouth, RI.
