Of Chatham, VA. Husband of Lois Burns; devoted father of Paula Kelly; grandfather of Carrie Kelly (Peggy Redmon) and Keith Kelly (Kathryn); great-grandfather of Jack Kelly. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Theresa Sliney Burns. A Graveside Service will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation. .
