Passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in a boating accident in Wisconsin. A memorial celebrating Norman's life will be held Wednesday, August 5 at Joseph Gawler's Sons Funeral Home, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC at 10 a.m. followed by burial.
