Pat was born on Feb 6, 1929 in Washington DC where she grew up and spent most of her adult years.
She married the love of her life, Paul Cosimano in 1951 and together they raised seven children. They enjoyed going to their children’s many sports events & activities, spending summers at Bethany Beach and watching baseball and football. Both were avid baseball fans; Mom loved the Yankees and dad the Red Sox. Despite their teams being arch rivals they managed to enjoy the competition.
Pat’s 1st career was as a stay-at-home mom- which she did tirelessly and with enthusiasm. Her next act was when the kids were mostly grown and she became a very successful real estate agent, practicing into her 80s.
Pat enjoyed going to rummage sales, which initially started as a way to save money, then became a passionate hobby (which she passed on to many of her children!). She amassed a large collection of antique dolls. Pat was also an animal lover, especially of dogs. Her favorites were Sam, Ginger, & Scarlett O’Hara.
What Pat enjoyed most in life was caring for and spending time with her beloved husband, children, and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Paul, mother Ina, and son Paul Joseph. Pat is survived by her children : Kathleen.(Stephanos), Jeanne, Mary ( Jim), Anne, Carl ( Katherine), Stephen ( Clara) , grandchildren, Paul, Katerina, Danny, Sam, Elena, Kristina, Matthew and Anthony, great grandchild Stephanos as well as nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. Pat was beloved by many and will be sorely missed.
