John is survived by his beloved wife Laureen Pender; caring mother, Dorothy Pender; loving children, John D. Pender, III and his wife Jennifer Garcia Pender, Brett Pender and his partner Ashley Johnson and Brianna Pender and her fiancé Peder Abrahamsen and his cherished grandson Calvin Jay Pender.
A Memorial Mass for John will be celebrated on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St Mary's Church, 42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, New York 10992.
