Joseph was born on October 17, 1958 to the late Alfred Miller Page and Florence (Wilson) Page. Joseph was a proud Navy Veteran who served from 1977 to 1981. He worked and retired as a Stationary Engineer for City College of New York. He was a handyman and could fix or make anything with his own two hands. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Lori A. Page; loving daughter Jennifer Migliorini and her husband Keith; adoring grandchildren, Cassidy Page Migliorini and Quinn Melody Migliorini; caring sister and brother, Helen Page and Ernie Page and his wife Alberta.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
