Barbara L. Vigue

Waterville – Barbara L. Vigue, 68, died, Thursday November 6th, 2008 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Waterville on August 19th, 1940 a daughter of Ralph and Cecile (Ouellette) Small.

Barbara was educated in Waterville schools and graduated from Waterville High School in 1958. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish and attended Notre Dame Church. Barbara's greatest joys were her family and shopping for her grandchildren.

Surviving are her loving husband of 49 years Dana Vigue of Waterville, 4 sons Randy Vigue and his wife Jo of Winslow, Robby Vigue and his wife Carrie of Winslow, Richard “Ritchie” Vigue and his wife Tammie of Waterville, and Rusty Vigue and his significant other Donna Smiley of Winslow, a brother Richard Small and his wife Myrna of Bristol Connecticut. And a sister Shirley Tardiff and her husband Richard of Waterville. A sister-in-law Lauren West and her husband Brian of Winslow. 10 grandchildren Dana, Sean, Jake, Stephanie, Justin, Jordan, Amber, Julie, Savannah, and Ashley. She is survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins including 2 special cousins Carmelle and Linda.

In lieu of flowers the family of Barbara suggests donations be made in her memory to either Cystic Fibrosis or St. John’s Regional Catholic School, 15 So. Garand St., Winslow, ME 04901.
