Beloved husband of Joy for 54 years. Loving father of Laurie Marshall and James Fill II. Cherished grandfather of 3 granddaughters and soon to be great grandson. Also survived by 7 siblings. Predeceased by 2 siblings. James was a proud Master Union Plumber.
