August 1, 1932 - April 16th, 2015
Joyce J. Frank left this earth suddenly, very peacefully and way too soon to join her beloved husband, Norman, in Heaven on April 16, 2015. She was 82 yrs. young and has left behind her 2 loving daughters, Deborah Colby and Valerie Sirwaitis, her step son and step daughter, Keith (and Ardith) Frank and Kim Pimentel. The grandchildren that will miss her, Brandon Colby, Sarah Deering and Frank Sirwaitis. and 2 great grandchildren, Mallory Colby and Josephine Deering. Joyce was a big sister to Rosemary (and Larry) Whitt and Michael (and Chico) Fodale. The numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who are deeply saddened at her departure.
There will be a "celebration of her life" memorial service held on May 3rd, 2015 at 2:00 p.m..
