Monecia Grace Hanna Vogt

She was the loving mother of deceased daughter Marilyn Ann, daughter Marlene and son-in-law James Findley of Wayne, MI and son Leonard Jr. and daughter-in-law Carol of Wildwood, IL.

She was a very special Grandmother to: Laurecia Robinson, Scott and Jill Phillips, Brian Vogt, Kristi and Kevin Sherin, Stacey Phillips and Aaron Ledger and Jason and Jennifer Vogt.

She was the Great-Grandmother of: Eric Hilla, Cody Hilla, Christian Smith, Kathy Ross, Kimberly Whiteside, Bradley Whiteside, Alexandria Phillips, Stephanie Phillips, Jacob Phillips, Joshua Vogt, Makayla Vogt, Dustin Vogt, Katy Sherin, Kory Sherin and Benjamin Vogt.

And she was Great-Great Grandmother of: Jonathon Ross, Emily Ross, Natalie Ross and Lucian Robinson.

Monecia was fond of saying that she was "one of eleven" siblings: Betty Lois Kurlovich, Theo Marie Hopersburger, Alice Jeanette DeVito, Juanita Leota Mondin, Maybelle Noveline Wilkinson, Annette Beth Hanna, Raymond Clyde Hanna, Gerald Ward Hanna, Ward Jasper Hanna and Zena Viola Brandemihl.

Monecia died peacefully at the home of her daughter Marlene. She will be greatly missed.

The Funeral Service, led by Reverend Mark Raitz, will be Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 11:00am also at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, Wayne Chapel.

Monecia will be laid to rest with Committal Prayers next to her husband Leonard in Cadillac Memorial Park West Cemetery in Westland, Michigan.
