Robert was the cherished husband of Moreen for 52 years. Beloved father of Mark (Gayle Grindle) and Robin (the late Greg) Thompson. Loving grandfather of Garrison Thompson. Dear brother of Neil (Betty), Gary (Wanda), Mallory (the late Charlotte) and Judy (Neil) Simson. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Robert's life will be celebrated with a meal on Wednesday January 15, 2014 from 12-4 pm at the American Legion Post 32, 9318 Newburgh Rd. in Livonia.
