William Robert Appel passed away April 22, 2018 at the age of 65. Loving partner of Diane for 32 years. Dear father of Christopher and Kathryn. Beloved son of Mary Moody and the late Ralph Appel. William worked as a plasterer for many years and had a great sense of humor. No services are planned at this time.
