Ardell Cecil Krabbenhoft

Born November 25, 1933 in Sabin, MN he was a son of the late Charles and Frida Krabbenhoft.

Prior to retirement, Ardell was employed with General Electric where he worked as an engineer for over 30 years. His employment with G.E. allowed him to travel the country, but he most notably worked as a subcontractor for NASA for 13 years in Florida. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served his country as an aviation electronics technician while being stationed in Japan. Ardell enjoyed spending time with family on his farm, playing golf and gardening. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Patricia (Monson) Krabbenhoft of Crimora; children, Keith Krabbenhoft and wife, Brenda, of Waynesboro, Barbara Ross of NC, Kenneth Krabbenhoft of Crimora, and Larry Krabbenhoft of Crimora; two granddaughters, Kerri Krabbenhoft and Amy Jones; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, there will be no formal services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
