

He was born April 27, 1944, a son of the late Dennis William and Margaret Virginia Fisher.
Carl served his country in the United States Army and was a member of Glen Kirk Presbyterian Church.
He was owner of Fisher Electrical Services.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Suzanne Eller Fisher; sons, Carl Junior Fisher, ll and Brian Rex Fisher; siblings, Hawthorne Fisher, Franklin Fisher, Vastine Fisher, Wayne Fisher, Louise Huffman, Nellie Morris and Vida Reinmiller.
Survivors include a son, Todd Fisher and wife, Sondra; sister, Alice Sensabaugh; sisters-in-law, Anne Fisher and Fay Fisher; grandchildren; Tiffany Cash and husband Andrew, Cassie Yaider and wife Lauren; and great grandchildren, Brailynn, Aubree, Hailey, Elijah, Mason, Karlee and Karson. He also leaves a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Rev. Merle Fisher, Pastor Danny Fisher and Chris Craig officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Kirk Presbyterian Church Cemetery with military rites.
Active pallbearers will be Anthony Reinmiller, Christopher Reinmiller, Jared Reinmiller, Jack Fisher, Dennis Fisher and Michael Huffman.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
