Born December 15, 1956 in Waynesboro she was the daughter of the late Ted and Frances Comer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Kirkpatrick.
Carolyn enjoyed shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband Terry Bennett; one daughter, Christy Rosas and husband, Nino; she was Mimi to Darrian, Brianna, Steven, and Nicholas; two Sisters, Norma Lovo and Bea Snow and husband, Floyd; brother-in- law, Dave Kirkpatrick; half-sister, Judy Bowman; brother, Donnie Comer; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
A memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Basic United Methodist Church with Pastor Don Gibson officiating. Please bring a special memory and cover dish for dinner in the fellowship hall.
