Ms. Perry was born on January 4, 1981, and was a daughter of the late William Franklin Bailes and surviving Carole Ann (Allen) Bailes. She worked as a receptionist for Barren Ridge Physical Therapy.
In addition to her mother, Ms. Perry is survived by her son, Christopher Blake Perry of Waynesboro; siblings, W. F. Bailes III, Robert Jeffrey Dedrick of Stuarts Draft, R. Gregory Dedrick of Love, and L. Michelle Dedrick of Fishersville.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
