

David R. Pultz, 83, of Waynesboro passed away Wednesday morning, April 25, 2012.
He was born February 22, 1929 in Rockbridge County, son of the late Albert P. and Emma Alva Lam Pultz.
Mr. Pultz was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He loved fishing and sports.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Violet Pultz; one brother, William P. Pultz and one sister, Frances Heizer.
Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Radakovich and her husband Mike of Stuarts Draft; two sons, Ronald David Pultz of Stuarts Draft and Jeffrey Scott Pultz and his wife Terri of Lynchburg; two sisters, Dorothy W. Pultz of Clifton Forge and Betsy Haulser of Decator, AL; grandchildren, Whitney, Meghan, Tyler Molihan, David and Abby Lynn Pultz.
A service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2012 in the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Karen Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Augusta Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the funeral home.
