He was born April 28, 1965, a son of Donald Carroll and Eva Mae (Lawrence) Brooks.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two brothers, Timothy Carroll and James Ray Brooks.
Donald was employed as a custodian.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026 at Augusta Memorial Park, 1775 Goose Creek Rd, Waynesboro, VA with Pastor Ethan Colvin officiating.
Active pallbearers will be family members attending the service.
There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home.
