Kevin Coffey

Kevin hobbies included hunting and fishing. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan. Kevin greatly enjoyed cheering on his children at their school sport games and spending time with his family and friends, whom he greatly loved. He will be remembered for his witty and comical sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his two brothers, Rusty and Lee Thompson. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 17 years, Sonya K. Coffey; children, Waylon M. and Rachel J. Coffey; brother, Tony Thompson; mother-in-law, Evelyn K. Ross; as well as extended family and friends. Kevin also will be greatly missed by his four legged friend, Sadie.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Wintergreen Christian Church, 1359 Rockfish Valley Hwy., Nellysford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Piney Mountain Bible Chapel, 4034 Beech Grove Road, Roseland, VA 22967.

The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to all of Kevin’s friends who have been like family to him.
