She was born November 5, 1942, a daughter of the late Willie C. and Ethel (Bryant) Thacker.
She retired as a cashier from Michaels Department Store.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Shirl Thacker.
Survivors include her husband, Donald H. Hite; daughter, Donna (Hite) Shifflett and her husband, Jerry of Swoope.
Following cremation all services will be private.
