Mark Franklin O'Baugh

Mark was born to Hiram F. O’Baugh and Lydia (Kirby) O’Baugh on December 31, 1950. He was the Executive Account Manager for Wintergreen Resort for approximately 13 years, before retiring in 1998.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents.

Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Debra O’Baugh; daughter, Michelle Bowersox and husband, John, of Fishersville; and son, Chris O’Baugh and wife, April, of Staunton. In addition, he is survived by his grandchildren, Rhett O’Baugh, Chase Carter, and Ollie Carter; step-grandchildren, Jordan, Isabella, and Tristyn Bowersox; sister, Peggy Hammer; and nephews, Greg Hammer and wife, Debbie, and Eric

Hammer.

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Barren Ridge Church of the Brethren with Pastors Henry and Janet Elsea officiating.

Burial will follow the service at Augusta Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Chris O’Baugh, Greg Hammer, John Bowersox and Dave Showers.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
