Randy was born in Waynesboro to Randolph Garrison and Midred L Garrison on June 7th, 1971. He was a jack of all trades, working in various capacities in the construction and renovation industries in and around Augusta County.
Randy is preceded in death by his loving mother, Mildred Garrison and is survived by his father, Randolph J Garrison of Waynesboro.
