Born July 23,1962, he was a son of the late Roy Franklin, Sr., and Bessie Arlene (Courtney) Stickley.
He was a former employee of Advance Auto.
Survivors include a son, Frankie Stickley of Waynesboro; siblings Bonnie Quick of Harrisonburg, Connie Ropert of Waynesboro; and a half-sister, Carolyn Simmers of Waynesboro. He also leaves his K-9 companion, Oliver as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro.
