Steve was born in Staunton on April 15, 1951 and was a son of the late Roy P. and Ruby C. Sweet, Sr.
Mr. Sweet is survived by his brothers, Roy P. Sweet, Jr., Roger Sweet and his wife Gaye, Daniel Sweet and his wife Cynthia; and his caregivers, Barbara White and Jim Kermgard.
