Mr. Campbell was born February 28, 1961, a son of the late James Elwood and Tootsie Ann (Lotts) Campbell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kim (Fitzgerald) Campbell who was his true love.
Survivors include his two daughters, Heather Marks and her husband, Brian, Megan Dennison; sister, Vanessa Johnson, grandchildren; Emma Hydrick, Cameron Dennison, Taylor Baker, Madisyn Dennison, Conner Marks; sister-in-law, Jane Fitzgerald, as well as a number of nieces nephews.
At his request his body will be cremated and there will be services.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St. Waynesboro.
