

She was born Wednesday, December 05, 1934 in Greene County, PA. A daughter of the late Elmer Jeffries and Olive Morris Jeffries. Mrs. Kesner spent her entire life in Greene County.
Mrs. Kesner was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Waynesburg. She enjoyed working cross word puzzles and traveling. She had worked as a nurses aid at the Curry Home in Waynesburg and also helped care for the elderly. She was a Homemaker.
Her Husband: James J. Kesner, whom she married on June 22, 1954 died May 13, 1994.
Surviving are 3 Daughters: Theresa (Terry) Hevner, Melonie (Matthew) Gump, and Brenda (Steven) Dulaney, all of Waynesburg, PA., 4 Sons: Mark J. (Dee) Kesner, John A. Kesner, and Brian K. Kesner with whom she made her home, all of Waynesburg, PA., and Terry E. Kesner and his girlfriend Asha McCormick, of Mount Morris, PA., 14 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren, 1 Sister: Mary (John) McChesney, of Waynesburg, PA., 1 Brother: Paul E. Jeffries, of Hixon, TN., and several nieces and nephews.

Gary R. Kesner, 1 Brother: David E. "Poonjab" Jeffries
Friends will be received from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 where services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 12, 2019 with Rev. Dayton D. Mix officiating.
