She was born March 6, 1940 in Waynesburg to Gladys and John Daily.
On November 17, 1962 she married Samuel K. Francis, who died on December 10, 2018.
Mrs. Francis worked as a dance teacher for Jesse Meighen for several years prior to starting her family.
Diane had worked as a volunteer at Greene County Memorial Hospital and several other organizations. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are a son, Stephen M. Francis (JoAnne) of Queen Creek, AZ; a daughter, Whitney A. Amoroso of Cranberry Township; four grandchildren, Shannon Richards (Brent), Matthew Francis, Steven Amoroso, and Justin Amoroso; and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Scheuler (Jeff) of Cranberry Township.
