Inez L Phillips

She was born April 22, 1913 at New Brighton, a daughter of the late Vincent A. and Leona Avis Mercer Baker.

She first married to Jasper L. Jackon, who died in 1986. On April 22, 1964 she married James W. Phillips, who died December 7, 1994.

Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker. She was a long time resident of Oak Forest where for several years she cared for elderly people in her home.

She was a member of the Clouston United Methodist Church in Cameron, West Virginia.

Surviving are a son, James Allen Jackson and his wife Margaret of Waynesburg; a daughter-in-law, Jean Jackson of Cameron, WV; 8 grandchildren, Greg Jackson, Jeff Jackson, Jamie Taylor, Gary Jackson, Brian Jackson, Ken Jackson, Vickie Berdine, and Penny McCollum; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Ray Baker of Beaver Falls and James W. Baker of Warren, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two sons, Ralph Jackson and William Lee Jackson; two brothers, Paul V. Baker and Roy Baker; and a sister, Gladys E. Wink

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. the hour of services on Monday, March 5, 2012 at Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg with Rev. Harold O. Kelley officiating followed by burial in Fairview Cemetery at Wind Ridge.
