Joanna Moore Headley

She was born Sunday, November 11, 1934 in Spraggs,PA a daughter of the late Arvel Moore and Myrtle Minor Moore.

Mrs. Headley was a lifelong resident of Greene County. She was a member of the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God. Mrs. Headley worked the Spraggs Election Board for many years, and taught Sunday School for over 20 years. She really loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. When her health permitted, she also loved to sew. She was a homemaker. Her husband of over 60 years, Dwight W. Headley whom she married on March 24, 1956 survives. Also surviving are 2 Daughters: Judy (Wesley) Glaubke of Spraggs, PA and Susan (Terry) Mason of Staunton, VA. 1 Son: Douglas (SueAnn) Headley of Rices Landing, PA. 6 Grandchildren: Jeff (Maggie) Glaubke, Ashlea (Catlin) Buckley, Whitney Mason, Nicholas Headley, Mikalah Mason and Crosby Mason. 1 Great-Granddaughter: Sophia Buckley. 2 Sisters: Wilma Jean Wade and Dorothy Strawn. 1 Brother: James Moore

Morris Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God 103 School Rd. Mt. Morris, PA 15349 with Rev. Fred Tomlinson, Rev. John Jackson and David McElroy, Amedisys Chaplain officiating.
