Robert Wilson Neff

He was born Wednesday, December 23, 1931 in Waynesburg,PA. A son of the late Harry Neff and Grace Woodring Neff.

Mr. Neff enjoyed working with horses. He was a retired coal miner and trained horses and dogs for competitions.

His Wife: Marjorie D. Joseph Neff, whom he married on June 21, 1949 Died August 1, 2002.

Surviving are 3 Daughters: Vicky L. Neff, of Washington, PA., Doris Thorpe, of Smithfield, PA., and Gloria Vincenti, of McKees Rocks, PA., 2 Sons: Edwin H. Neff, Sr., of Sycamore, PA.,

Michael E. Neff, of Seminole, FL., 14 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandson, and several nieces and nephews.

He was the last of his immediate family.

Deceased are 1 Son: Robert S. Neff, Sr., 5 Sisters: Fostine Piatt, Josephine Jones, Charlotte Clark, Loraine Kelley, and Grace Bedilion, 2 Brothers: Chalmer Neff and Jefferson H. Neff.

The family will have a greeting of friends and family from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM the time of the Memorial Service on Thursday, January 25, 2018 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 with Pastor Carl Desmartin officiating. Private burial will be in Mt.Pleasant Cemetery, Whiteley Twp,Greene County, PA. The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Humane Society of Greene County 183 Jefferson Road Waynesburg, PA. 15370 or the American Cancer Society, PA.
