Billy Kennedy, 71 of Winston Salem passed away, February 15, 2017. He was born February 6, 1946 to the late William and Nellie Kennedy. Survivors include, his wife, Patricia Blackwell Balentine Kennedy; Sons, Tommy Lee Kennedy, Timothy Lee Kennedy, daughter, Tabatha Bolin and their mother, Mary Kennedy; several brothers, Jerry, Bruce, Danny, and Tony Kennedy, sisters, Mary Spach; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
