Ivadean Rogers Warren Arrington

Waynesville-Ivadean Rogers Warren Arrington, 91 passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021. Ivadean was born in Haywood County on December 23, 1929, to the late Lyman and Mary Brooks Rogers. She enjoyed working in her flowers. Ivadean was a faithful member of Camp Branch Freewill Baptist Church where she was affectionately known as “Momma Ivadean”. She loved her Lord and her family. Ivadean retired from Haywood County Hospital after over 30 years of faithful service.

In addition to her parents, Ivadean was preceded in death by her first husband, Willard Warren, Sr.; her second husband, Alfred Arrington; sons, Johnny Mack Warren (infant), Willard Warren, Jr., Clifford Warren, and Gary Warren; and four brothers and one sister.

Ivadean is survived by her son Harold Warren; her daughter, Christine Warren; sister, Maxine Nichols; four granddaughters, including Sonya Warren; three grandsons; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 26, in the chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations with the Reverend George Dewitt officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
