Jo Ann Phillips, age 73, of Waynesville, NC passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023. Jo Ann was born in Atlanta, GA on December 25, 1949 to the late Joe and Catherine Phillips.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Cathy Phillips of Atlanta, GA; brother, Bobby (Donna) Phillips of Rock Hill, SC, niece, Stephanie Phillips of Charlotte, NC; nephews, Justin Phillips of Atlanta, GA, Russell (Tanja) Phillips of Chester, SC, Tony (Jules) Phillips of York, SC, Travis Phillips of Atlanta, GA; and four great nephews and nieces.
The family wishes to thank Jo Ann's friends, nurses, caretakers, and local associates that have cared for her over the years in the Waynesville community.
